A. The ideal number for seated guests is 100-150 pax. The maximum is 250 pax.
Q. Do you offer accommodations?
A. No, we are a venue exclusively for events. We are focused on maintaining the Almond Garden standard of natural beauty and serenity without any compromise.
Q. What is the booking process?
A. The reservation fee is Php 30,000. The remaining balance can be paid by equal monthly installments until the third month before the event date.
Q. Is there enough parking for guests?
A. Parking within the premises can accommodate 80 cars.
Q. Is the venue accessible to people with disabilities?
A. Yes. The terrain of Almond Garden is relatively flat and ramps are available for wheelchairs.
Q. Can we schedule a site visit before booking?
A. Yes, we highly recommend an ocular visit before deciding on booking the venue. Walk-ins are welcome every day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Q. What advantages do we get from the All-In Package vs. the Venue-Only one?
A. The All-In Package comes with a complimentary reception tent worth Ph40K, but more importantly, the convenience of coordinating with one point person for multiple suppliers involved.
Q. Are there any additional fees not included in the initial quote?
A. The rates in the All-In Packages are already inclusive of charges and fees.
Q. What corkages should we be aware of?
A. The list of corkages are given in page four of the Venue Only Rate downloadable file.
Q. Do we have to book all three areas of Almond Garden to be able to use them?
A. Booking Almond Garden gives you access to the entire venue. Your event will be the only event for the day.
